• 11–16T gears are split-piece CNC machined to optimize the shifting angle between each tooth.
• 17–27T are crafted as a single monoblock unit—steel or titanium—preserving stiffness while reducing weight.
Integrated washer thickness ensures wider contact with the freehub body, improving power transfer and preventing spline damage.
