Terms of Service (Terms of Sale)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sixweel / Ti-master websites and online stores (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by L-inspire LLC (“L-inspire,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies, which are incorporated by reference:

  • Shipping Policy (United States & Canada)

  • Return & Exchange Policy (14 Days)

  • 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

  • Privacy Policy

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site, these Terms, or any policy at any time. The “Effective Date” indicates when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4) Product Information, Fitment, and Safety Notice

Our products are precision bicycle components. Many products may be model-specific or require exact specifications.

  • Fitment responsibility: You are responsible for confirming compatibility (bike model/year/specs) before purchase.

  • Installation: Professional installation is recommended. Improper installation, incorrect torque, misuse, or use outside intended application may lead to product failure, property damage, serious injury, or death.

  • Use at your own risk: Cycling is inherently risky. You assume all risks associated with use of the products to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or fulfillment limitations.

Pricing: Prices are shown on the Site and may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Payment: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Taxes/Duties: Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. For Canada shipments, customs duties/brokerage/import taxes may apply and are typically the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6) Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Key points:

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding holidays).

  • Transit times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • We ship to all U.S. destinations (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada; U.S. territories may be available where supported by carriers at checkout.

7) Returns, Exchanges, and Handling Fee

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. Key points:

  • Unused/uninstalled products may be returned for refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to condition and inspection requirements.

  • For approved returns/exchanges, items must be shipped back within 7 days of our approval email (based on carrier acceptance scan/postmark).

  • For customer-initiated returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (and exchange reshipment costs where applicable), plus a $5 handling fee per approved return/exchange request.

  • Installed/used products are not eligible for return/exchange under the return policy and are handled only under the 1-Year Limited Warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects (if applicable).

  • Custom/personalized items are final sale once specifications are confirmed (see Section 8).

8) Custom / Personalized Products (Final Sale)

Custom or personalized products are final sale once you confirm specifications, including but not limited to color/finish, size/dimensions/fitment parameters, and engraving content/placement.
Custom products may still be covered for confirmed manufacturing defects under the 1-Year Limited Warranty, subject to the warranty terms.

9) Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed exclusively by our 1-Year Limited Warranty Policy. Except as expressly stated in that written warranty (and to the maximum extent permitted by law), products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, images, logos, product names, designs, graphics, and software) is owned by L-inspire LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

11) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for unlawful purposes;

  • interfere with security-related features or attempt to gain unauthorized access;

  • scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site without permission;

  • upload or transmit malware or harmful code;

  • misuse discount codes, returns, or warranty processes.

12) Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may rely on third-party services (payments, shipping, analytics) and may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or sites, and your use of them is subject to their terms and privacy practices.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • L-inspire LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of use, lost profits, downtime, or third-party costs).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless L-inspire LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or any purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

16) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and L-inspire LLC regarding use of the Site and purchases.
