Return & Exchange Policy (14 Days)

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made directly from Sixweel / Ti-master stores operated by L-inspire LLC.

Important: Start All Requests by Email

To initiate any return or exchange request, customers must email info@sixweel.com first.
Do not ship items back without written authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Overview

We handle two separate scenarios:

A) Wrong item purchased (exchange only, unused/uninstalled)
If you ordered the wrong item and the product is completely unused and uninstalled, you may request an exchange (not a refund), subject to the eligibility rules below.

B) Installed/used product concerns (warranty claim)
If a product has been installed and/or used, returns or exchanges are handled only through our 1-Year Limited Warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects.

14-Day Return Window (Unused/Uninstalled Products)

You may request a return for refund within 14 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

  • In like-new condition, with all original packaging and included items

  • Free of tool marks, grease, wear, scratches, or signs of installation attempt

Note: Precision bicycle components can show marks from even brief installation attempts. If an item shows signs of installation/use, it is not eligible for return and must be evaluated under our 1-Year Limited Warranty (manufacturing defects only), if applicable.

Exchanges (Wrong Item Purchased)

If you ordered the wrong item, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused/uninstalled and meets the condition requirements above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Time Requirement After Approval (7 Days)

If your return or exchange request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of our approval email (based on carrier acceptance scan or postmark). If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the request may be cancelled.

Installed/Used Products

If a product has been installed and/or used, returns and exchanges are not accepted under this policy.
Concerns with installed/used products are handled only through our 1-Year Limited Warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@sixweel.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) requested for return or exchange

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging (recommended for faster review and may be required for approval)

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Shipping Costs & Handling Fee

For customer-initiated returns/exchanges (including wrong item purchased or incorrect fitment where the product is unused/uninstalled):

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including:

    • Shipping the item back to us, and

    • For exchanges, shipping the replacement item back to the customer

  • A $5 handling fee applies to each approved return or exchange request.

If the return/exchange is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item, or an error on our side), we will:

  • Cover return shipping and reshipment where appropriate within the United States and Canada, and

  • Waive the $5 handling fee.

Refunds (Returns)

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • The $5 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount (unless waived due to our error).

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or if the return is due to our error.

Exchanges (No Refund)

  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs and the $5 handling fee (unless waived due to our error).

  • If the replacement item has a different price, the customer is responsible for any price difference (or we will refund the difference where applicable).

Condition & Inspection

All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange (or adjust the refund) if the product shows signs of:

  • Installation attempt or use

  • Missing parts/accessories/packaging

  • Damage not caused by our error

Custom / Personalized Products (Final Sale)

Custom or personalized products are final sale once you confirm the specifications, including but not limited to:

  • Color / finish selection

  • Size / dimensions / fitment parameters

  • Engraving text / placement

After confirmation, custom/personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except for confirmed manufacturing defects covered under our warranty.
