Shipping Policy (United States & Canada)

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Sixweel / Ti-master websites and stores (collectively, the “Store”), operated by L-inspire LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). For shipping questions, contact info@sixweel.com

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

  • During launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take longer. If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with available options.

Shipping Destinations (United States & Canada)

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. destinations, including the continental U.S. (lower 48 states), Alaska, and Hawaii

  • Canada

Where supported by carriers at checkout, we may also ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands). Availability, transit times, and shipping costs for these destinations may vary.

Shipping Methods, Rates & Tracking

  • Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on destination and package characteristics.

  • Tracking is provided when available from the carrier.

  • Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Transit delays may occur due to weather, carrier capacity, customs processing (Canada), remote-area logistics, or other events outside our control. If a shipment appears delayed or missing, contact info@sixweel.com with your order number and we will assist with next steps.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and product(s).

  2. Email info@sixweel.com within 72 hours of delivery.
    We will evaluate and advise on replacement, claim, or return instructions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

For shipments to Canada, customs duties, brokerage fees, and import taxes may be assessed by local authorities or carriers and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs clearance times may vary.
