Material Characteristics: TC4/Grade5 titanium alloy, special heat-treated to over 1050Mpa tensile strength and 36HRC surface hardness.

Appearance and Structural Design: We start CNC machining from a complete piece of titanium alloy, we reserve enough contact surface for screws, frame and brake calipers, provide enough longitudinal support and torsional support to ensure that high intensity braking will not cause damage to the screws or the frame, as well as the angle of torsion, etc. SixWeel provides high- strength customized titanium alloy screws to ensure the stability of the parts in high-intensity working conditions.

Structural Design: Derived from the design of the Ti-Master brake base, we have retained more material in the stress areas due to the use of different materials to ensure that the brake base achieves the same level of performance as the Ti-Master product.

Optimized Functionality: Compared to the 3D printing process, the whole piece of TC4 titanium alloy is CNC machined for higher precision, more stable material density and more stable physical properties.

Processing Technology: Special heat treatment, 4AXIS CNC machining.
