About us

  • What started as a rider’s personal passion turned into a mission to build something better.

After nearly a decade on the bike—and countless hours tinkering in the garage—we realized a simple truth: many bike components, even on high-end builds, were designed around cost, not performance.

So we decided to change that.

In a small workshop, we began designing and machining parts the way we thought they should be made: clean lines, precise fit, no shortcuts. We tested, refined, and rode every prototype ourselves—until it met our own standards.

We never planned to build a brand. But soon, fellow riders began asking for our parts. From local cyclists to world-class pros, people recognized what we were doing: making uncompromising components for those who care about the details.

Today, we still build the same way—CNC-machined titanium, carefully engineered, rider-tested, and built to last.

If you know what you're looking for, you’ve found it.

Ti-Master

Pioneering Titanium Craftsmanship

  • Ti‑Master was born from a simple question:
Can we create components that are lighter, stronger, and more refined—without compromising safety or structural integrity? The answer became a process of material science, machining mastery, and relentless testing.

    Exceptional Material Strength
We use premium titanium alloys chosen for their strength and fatigue resistance. After advanced heat treatment, these materials exceed 1,000 MPa in tensile strength—ensuring durability under real-world stress.

    Ultra-Precise Machining
Every Ti‑Master component is cut with ±0.01 mm precision using 4‑axis CNC machining. This allows us to achieve wall thicknesses as thin as 0.4 mm while maintaining structural stability, even under forces exceeding 1,000 kgf.

    No Shortcuts for Weight Savings
We don’t believe in cutting corners—or cutting critical material. Unlike others, we don’t reduce top diameters or axle lengths just to save a gram. Instead, we preserve structural contact points to prevent damage to washers or frames.

    Smart Weight Reduction
Where possible, we reduce weight through intelligent design—using hollowed-out sections only in low-stress zones. This approach keeps the strength where it matters and lightens only where it's safe.

    Tested for Real-World Conditions
We don’t just talk performance—we test it.

    • Our derailleur hangers deform only 0.2–0.3 mm under 800 N, then spring back with no frame damage.

    • Our shifter clamps withstand 300–400 kg of destructive force without failure.

Designed for Riders Who Notice the Details
Ti‑Master components aren’t just engineered—they’re crafted. Whether it's a thru‑axle, a brake adapter, or a hanger, every curve and cut has a reason behind it: stronger engagement, smoother fit, longer life.

SixWeel

Precision Made Accessible

  • SixWeel — Purpose-Built for Everyday Performance

SixWeel was born from the success of Ti‑Master. After refining our designs and testing through Ti‑Master’s premium line, we wanted to bring that same performance philosophy to more riders—without the high price or long wait.

    Smart Simplification
We kept the core design principles from Ti‑Master but simplified certain complex machining steps. By doing so, we’re able to reduce production time and cost—without compromising the function or structural integrity of the parts.

    Practical Weight Trade-offs
Instead of chasing every last gram, SixWeel components strike a balance between lightweight performance and long-term durability. Many parts are just 1–2 grams heavier than their Ti‑Master counterparts, but offer far better value.

    Durable Surface Finishing
Through long-term testing, we’ve developed a standardized finishing process. Each part is heat-treated, blasted, and coated for excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and smooth, quiet performance in real-world riding.

    Trusted Titanium, Tuned for Value
We still use the same high-strength TC4 titanium alloy in our thru‑axles and derailleur hangers—just like Ti‑Master. The difference? We make small structural adjustments to reduce production costs, while keeping the performance riders care about most.

Our Philosophy

Being small and independent gives us the freedom to obsess over details that others overlook. We believe that engineering should serve the rider, not the accountant. Every radius, chamfer and thread in our components is there for a reason: better load transfer, smoother shifting, lighter weight or simply a more elegant form. We invest in structural patents and test our parts under real‑world conditions – from repetitive torque cycles to crash simulations – so that you can trust them on your most important rides.

We also know that cycling is personal. Our products are compatible with a wide range of platforms, including HG freehubs and Shimano or SRAM 12‑speed road groups, and we offer color and material options to suit different builds. Whether you are chasing podiums or chasing sunsets, we want our components to disappear under you so that you can focus on the ride.
