Materials and Process Updates: Sixweel Evo 12-speed Cassettes have obtained stable processing and heat treatment data by continuously optimizing the processing flow. The above materials can ensure that the processed products meet the design accuracy to the maximum extent. The strength after CNC hollowing can meet the needs of professional competition use, improve durability, reduce the mileage required during the running in period, and have higher durability compared to stamping processes, gears can withstand higher torque. We use different materials in different areas through calculations and long-term data feedback to achieve a balance of efficiency, stability, corrosion resistance, durability, lightweight, and aesthetics.

Upgraded Compatibility:
Sixweel 12s Evo Cassettes are compatible with HG 11s freehub ONLY;
Shimano 12-speed road group set (*Shimano or YBN chain);
SRAM 12-speed AXS road group set(*SRAM flat top chain).
*The new Evo Cassettes will be equipped with a dedicated 11t gear for SRAM chains.

Structural Patents: Both sides of 11-16T gears are split piece CNC machined to provide more efficient shifting angles for adjacent gears; single-piece gear design includes washer thickness to increase the contact surface of each gear with the freehub to improve transmission efficiency while preventing damage to the freehub; 17-27T are Monoblock CNC fabricated from steel or special titanium alloys.

Material Characteristics: TC4/Grade5 titanium alloy, tensile strength reaches over 1050Mpa after special heat treatment, and the surface hardness of the axle body reaches 36HRC.

Appearance and structural design: Pursuit of extreme lightness and quality, not to shorten the length or reduce the diameter of the top to pursue lightness, so as not to cause damage to the washers or frame due to excessive pressure.

Optimized functionality: The 6 mm hex tool position is made of a special titanium alloy with a hardness of 46 HRC in the hex tool position, which prevents tooth slippage due to deformation.

Processing Technology: Sixweel utilizes Ti-Master technology to achieve 0.45 to 0.5mm (±0.01mm) uniform wall thickness on high hardness titanium alloy materials. Under the premise of ensuring concentricity, the wall thickness is fully guaranteed to have a cross-sectional area of 14.1 square millimeters, which can withstand an equivalent tensile force of more than 1000kg, and the actual tensile test results are higher than the calculated results.
